I am Stella Dombrowsky. Since 2000, I have been working in international capital markets as an equity analyst, investment specialist and portfolio manager. I have lived and worked in London, Frankfurt, Zurich and the greater New York City area, and today I am based in Barcelona.

My experience at ING Financial Markets, Julius Baer, Hyposwiss and UBS, combined with more than ten years of entrepreneurship, has shaped my perspective on markets, companies and capital allocation, as well as my close collaboration with investors, financial institutions, asset managers and companies in an international environment.

Through TRIMPACT, I have built an independent platform through which I advise clients in the areas of sustainable finance, wealth management, capital markets strategy and strategic positioning. I support companies, financial institutions and investors in connecting sustainability with economic realities, regulatory developments and long-term investment decisions.

More than 15 years ago, sustainability became part of my professional journey, initially through sustainable investing and ESG integration. Today, my focus is on making capital markets and sustainability topics understandable and helping clients develop long-term, resilient solutions related to wealth structuring, sustainable finance and responsible capital allocation.

I combine capital markets expertise with strategic advisory, communication and a high-quality international network. My goal is to provide orientation in an increasingly complex economic and regulatory environment and to connect sustainable development with business realities.

Since 2023, this work has gained an additional platform through my podcast »Wandel mit Wirkung«. In the podcast, I speak with leaders from business, finance, academia and civil society about sustainable finance, energy, economic transformation and the question of how long-term responsibility and economic success can be aligned.

For me, TRIMPACT represents the connection between capital markets, sustainability, communication and financial empowerment — so that transformation is not only discussed, but actively shaped.
